French term

atteinte au niveau du tissu dur

French to English Medical Medical: Dentistry
This is the sentence I am having trouble with:

Le client dont l’examen clinique révèle une **atteinte au niveau du tissu dur correspondant au mode de sélection des stages en dentisterie opératoire**, est référé à la personne responsable des rendez-vous pour la dentisterie opératoire.

I think they are referring to an "atteinte parodontale" which was mentioned in the previous sentence.

Your suggestions are appreciated, as always. This sentence has been causing me serious problems. Mental block...

Discussion

SJLD Jul 28, 2009:
client with a condition they need for the training course - no? IOW "satisyfing selection criteria"?
Nicholas Ferreira (asker) Jul 28, 2009:
Educational program The context is a text about a training period (stage) in a dentistry training course.
SJLD Jul 28, 2009:
what is this about? Litigation? The "correspondant au mode de sélection des stages en dentisterie opératoire" bit sounds very facetious.

I don't understand the bit about "stages", though.
