if it's not a spell-checker gone mad (entreprises canadiennes) it could be a typo where two words were merged to make this unvolontary portemanteau word by a deletion of a part in both of them. e.g.: entreprises "canadiennes d'armement". / "entreprises canadiennes et leurs départements", etc...
and/or a combination of both processes:
*canadiennes et leurs départements* --(deletion and merge portemanteau--> *canartements*---(spell-check)---->*canardements*
