3.2.1 Obligation du CLIENT à la reprise du GPL du FOURNISSEUR
Le CLIENT s’engage à reprendre la totalité des Produits c'est-à-dire la quantité expédiable du GPL du FOURNISSEUR.
On entend par quantité expédiable du GPL, celle en dehors de la consommation interne de la raffinerie (butanisation, soutien réseau, selon le cas des débouchés pétrochimiques et des unités d’ETBE ou d’alkylation) aux points d’enlèvement décrit à l’annexe 5.

A refinery takes crude oil and separates out (refines) a lot of different products from it. Their individual quantities will depend upon the type of crude oil refined.Thus the "petrochemical output" is not something fixed as it depends upon the input oil. Some of the product will be used to run the refinery an I think this is what is mean't by "soutien reseau"
