Another possibility, like Bourth said there don't seem to be existing translations to be found. I'm suggesting "acceptance" to try and capture the idea that some work may remain to be done and therefore the handover/delivery is subject to reservation.

That's the best I can do. Given the number of ghits, I don't think it is an accepted "standard" term or phenomenon in French, and prob. not in English either.
