I agree with James . This refers to the advertisements you see all round rugby pitch some distance behind the touchlines- they cant be on the touchlines as that's where the touch judges are and from where the 'throw-ins' are taken . These adds are in

Only guessing but I can't think what else it would be.
Must refer to the first row of hoardings around the touchline, ie, the most prominent position for TV audiences.

I would simply write on the sideline, since there're no several rows of advertisements.

I know thank you! but this is the name of the line, I'm talking of the side of the field. You don't put ads on the touchline, let me know if I'm mistaken.
