I'm thinking it might be "plis d'aisance", especially seeing the 0 Ghits "relâches d'aisance" gets. But it is a bit of a guess.

Guessing here too... I was thinking the relâches might be pinces d'aisance because you often see plis d'aisance on shirts, but not so often for trousers? It's also hard to tell where this might be located on the garment, is it even at the knees? It could be somewhere else, at the waist, or in back? Or even something to do with the way the lining is constructed?
