[German] Corporation Income Tax Act
I suggest you use the German term when referring to the Act for the first time, i.e.: "German Corporation Tax Act (Körperschaftssteuergesetz - 'KStG')".

(German) Corporate Income Tax Law
Keep KStG as it is and only explain it once at the beginning or in a glossary at the end.
The "income"-part is not only correct but very necessary since KSt is the German tax on the income (!) of corporations. There are many more taxes on other underlyings so you really have to mention the "income".
