payment of additional bonuses to the staff as a benefit provided voluntarily by the company

Θα έλεγα payment of a bonus to staff as voluntary benefit...

additional remuneration (bonuses) paid to staff as discretionary benefits

Definition from the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions:

http://www.eurofound.eu.int/emire/GREECE/DISCRETIONARYBENEFI...
PAROKHÉS IKIOTHELÍS παροχηζ οικειοθελείζ DISCRETIONARY BENEFITS
Emoluments which the employer grants to the employee on a discretionary basis, i.e. without being under any legal obligation to do so. They include, for example, emoluments which exceed those stipulated by collective agreements, arbitration awards, laws, ministerial decisions or other regulatory provisions. They are paid optionally and not in performance of the contract of employment. However, if the employer grants such an emolument regularly and the employee accepts it, a tacit agreement is established and the employer may no longer withdraw it or reduce its level unless he or she has expressly reserved the right to do so. See pay/wage .
