den "heiligen Bund der Ehe schließen" würde sich in einem Trauschein sehr eigenartig ausnehmen. In docs. the term "holy" usually does not appear that´s why I suggest to formulate the phrase in the usually sober way documents like this one are drawn up. Strictly speaking the gist of the phrase is "have married" or "have entered into matrimony"
