I guess this, ' Transfer/ Granting of Rights' refers to the BRITISH way of saying things re. Intellectual Property.
Ομως, για 'ακινητη περιουσια', στην Αγγλια χρεισιμοποιουμε την λεξη, 'CONVEYANCE'. Also, if it is a 'Lease', say of a flat for, usually a number of years, then we use, Transfer of (or Granting of) Lease, BUT 'Assignment of lease', when the lease passes from one Lessee to another.
