this is used in dental implants, I find spanish descriptions but I can not find the german equivalent, I need the exact term (there are different pilars, possibly called "Pfeiler", but what about the cicatrization?) can anyone help? preferably with a german implant manufacturer and similar terminology (base implant, pilar or cicatrization pilar)
