English to Russian Other Business/Commerce (general)

The following strategic initiatives were under taken during the past year:
• A higher degree of integration between ET (Entrepreneurial Trading) and AT (Asset Trading) businesses, allowing more flexibility on the sourcing and processing of optimal baskets of crude oils from different geographic regions depending on determining refining economics.
• To implement a sustainable Gas and Power Trading business to enable synergies, economies of scale and refining energy cost optimisation. The new business will also allow the Group to monetise opportunities in the gas and power markets.
• Tolling cost reduction and yield improvement project implemented to benefit both refineries for optimisation and reduction of variable costs and to achieve yield efficiencies across all units.
