English to Danish Bus/Financial Real Estate a part in an agreement on building rights
As opposed to the owner/landlord of a property of land, this would be the counterparty to an agreement on building rights (Cannot use counterparty as have to specifically find term for "superficiary"...)

Actually, NetLynx has already provided the answer. I am just adding a few clarifying links as well as the etymological information that the expression comes from the latin word superficiarius.
