It might well be accepted and used in few other countries, but the rand is the national currency of ONLY ONE country - South Africa.

South African Rand
The official currency of the Southern African Common Monetary Area, which includes South Africa, Namibia, Lesotho, and Eswatini, is the South African rand, or simply the rand. Each penny is divided into 100. In addition to having their own national currencies tied to the rand at parity and still being extensively used as alternatives, Namibia, Lesotho, and Eswatini, three other CMA members, also recognize the South African rand as legal tender. Prior to the pula's par replacement of the rand in 1976, the rand was also accepted as legal money in Botswana.

Some other currencies being "at parity" with the South African rand does NOT make them "rand under another name" - Few decades ago, there was a brief period when the Yugoslav dinar was pegged to the Deuthmark - it was then STILL the Yugoslav Dinar.

But my main point still stands - asking a question without providing a context (i.e. here in which country this business operates) is utterly pointless.

This questions concerns "R". I gave the answer. It is true that this currency is used under this name in several countries, same "R", but that does not change the quality of my input.
