Hi Michele, I think you should check out Andre Niño's suggestion posted on your initial query... It's a good suggestion to use "potenciado" for "enhanced". Suerte!

Actually the title is very misleading - its main purpose is to generate the acronym ESTEEM http://www.womenandinfants.org/womenshealth/urogynecology/ES...

The site says "This study will evaluate whether combining surgery and behavioral/pelvic floor therapy works better for treating MUI compared to having surgery alone." A better title would just condense that and arguably that's what you should do. However you translate, I'd also append (ESTEEM).

P.S. "Effects ... for" is incorrect English.
