I am working on and "audit d'agreage" and can't find the UK equivalent for this type of audit. Lots of refs on google for agreage, but I still can't think what it would be as a type of audit.

Inspection Compliance Report
Hello,
audit = report of some sort (which is a "diagnostic" of the situation at hand).
d'agréage = inspection
This may be a "Inspection Compliance Report". That's how you say in US English. I'm not sure about BE.
