I agree with Albert, and he set me on the right path to:
http://www.euromutel.fr/exemplesecu.html, where you'll see a table of Secu tariffs. AMK apparently refers to out-patient treatment (acte effectué au cabinet) for a masseur kinésithérapeute (physical therapist), so it seems to mean Acte Medicale Kinésithérapeute, or out-patient physical therapy.
