There appears to be something missing from original French, old typewritten document, either that or there is 'too much' peroxyde de benzoyle.
After the first 'peroxyde de benzoyle' should there perhaps be either a full stop or semi-colon?
OR, is the second 'peroxyde de benzoyle' not wanted?
