I'm translating some "golden rules" from a Belgian university's research department for any members of staff wishing to publish something, specifically about the "signature" of their academic publications, i.e. details to be systematically included such as full names of author(s), affiliations, address, etc. The section ends with a list of definitions:

Affiliation mono-ligne
Les auteurs peuvent indiquer leurs affiliations à plusieurs institutions en utilisant des indices qui permettent de faire des renvois aux différentes adresses : (i) un seul envoi par auteur pour décrire l'appartenance à une ou des institutions : on parle alors de l'affiliation "mono-ligne" : chaque auteur renvoie à une seule adresse (autrement dit, l'affiliation est représentée par une seule adresse).

I've tried looking at some guides for authors but can't find any likely candidates and there's no support for the literal "mono-line affiliation".
