I've not seen this expression before, but I don't find any of the suggestions so far really satisfying. Can you give us some more context? I think it might make a big difference whether this is said in an ironic sense or not.

Σύμφωνα με το ΛΝΕΓ (Μπαμπινιώτη): για καταστάσεις πλήρους ασυδοσίας, όταν ο καθένας κάνει ό,τι θέλει χωρίς να υπολογίζει τους άλλους.

Σύμφωνα με το ΛΚΝ (Τριανταφυλλίδη):

Mπάτε / μπέστε σκύλοι αλέστε (κι αλεστικά μη δώστε), για να δηλώσουμε ότι σε ένα σπίτι, σε ένα κατάστημα, σε μια δημόσια υπηρεσία κτλ. δεν υπάρχει κανένας έλεγχος και ότι ο καθένας μπορεί να κάνει ό,τι θέλει.
