Al inicio estaba traduciendo "adhesiones" como "joining", pero vi que no tenía mucho sentido, luego pensé en "membership", pero también estaba fuera de contexto; entonces encontré "affiliation" no obstante, no estoy muy seguro de como traducir "manifestar adhesiones", o mas bien "... las afiliaciones que manifiesten..."
