Bio

Translate and interpret: I lived in Brazil from 1998 to 2016. Immersed in the culture and language, I served as a University Professor, teaching Biblical Languages and Theology to Brazilians in Brazilian Portuguese [BP] on the Certificate, Undergraduate, and Graduate Levels in four Brazilian Educational Institutions.  Married to a Brazilian since 2011 and moving to the USA in 2016, I speak a fluid and equal mixture of BP and English at home. I frequently communicate orally in BP with Brazilian family members and friends.

Edit and proofread: I wrote an technical doctoral dissertation about a then-unpublished Dead Sea Scroll with 196 pages of text, eight appendices (pp. 197-243), and Selected Bibliography citing 248 sources.  I constantly edited and proofread self-produced and translated teaching resources teaching in Brazil. I translated, edited, and/or proofread 15 English Abstracts for Undergraduate Graduation Monographs. I advised two Brazilian students

Transcribe: I transcribed promotional materials in Brazil as an educator and missionary
