It really depends on the context of what I am trying to learn. I picked "Self-paced course" because that is what I prefer to educate myself on professional/job-related topics. When it comes to bass and guitar, I have always used books, and should I ever be bothered to actually try to learn more, I will get books again.

Books, self-paced course or in-person one-on-one training, depending on what I want to learn and how I want to learn it as content quality, structure, cost, and accessibility vary a lot. I don't know any mediums. I'm not really into necromancy. I certainly wouldn't rely on necromancers for my self-education. But I did once consult a witch, and her predictions turned out to be quite accurate.
