Hi. I am just curious to know what is the difference between Bengali (India) and Bengali (Bangladeshi). It will be great if you contribute based on the facts you have instead of your assumptions.

And this is my first forum post, so if something went wrong, please do not mind and bear me.

শৈবাল বাবু, পশ্চিম বাংলার বাঙ্গালি ভাইরা যেখানে বলেন দাদা, বাবু, আজ্ঞে -সেখানে বাংলাদেশিরা বলেন ভাই, সাহেব , জী – তফাৎ এখানেই – ধন্যবাদ ।

খুব একটা তফাত নেই Feb 3, 2017

লিখিত কিংবা আধিকারিক বাংলায় খূব একটা তফাত নেই, কিন্তু কথোপকথনের বাংলায় পূর্ব এবং পশ্চিমের নিজস্ব নিজস্ব বৈশিষ্ট্য রয়েছে. বাংলাদেশের আধিকারিক বাংলাতেও সর্বত্র জল-কে পানি বলা হয় যেমন পানি সম্পদ মন্ত্রণালয়. অন্যান্য ক্ষেত্রে পার্থক্যগুলি তেমন কিছু বিঘ্ন ঘটায় না.
