Werner was a valuable member of this site, who by Henry\'s own statement has put a lot more into the site than he took out of it. He was hounded by several very well-known members, until in the end he left in disgust.



His statements were based on his personal experience, and the number of such cases he had encountered. This may well have been coincidence, but it is true nonetheless that he was entitled to report on his findings. Since he is a Spanish/English/German translator, naturally he spent a lot of time in the Eng/Deu/Spa communities.

There are many, many, many things that humans just don\'t do like farting in public or picking their noses or going around naked or thousands of other actions in the world. People follow rules for everything they do, the way they fix their hair, the smell of their breath, how they stand, how they talk, there are thousands of rules for human conduct that no one has ever imposed on anyone else nor are they monitored nor are they chastised or rewarded in any way. There are many, many, many things that humans just don\'t do like farting in public or picking their noses or going around naked or thousands of other actions in the world. People follow rules for everything they do, the way they fix their hair, the smell of their breath, how they stand, how they talk, there are thousands of rules for human conduct that no one has ever imposed on anyone else nor are they monitored nor are they chastised or rewarded in any way. It is a program we have in our minds that says \"this is how this is done\" and no one ever wants to be \"out\". People cheat because cheating is \"in\" in their minds. You can make up laws and have the best police and lock people up or beat them or burn them to death at the stake and they will not change their behavior if the little program in their minds says it\'s all right to do whatever they set out to do. People will stop cheating in the world when we all consider cheating a dastardly thing to do but as far as I\'m concerned, people learn by example so first parents, then teachers and then all leaders of all sorts have to consider cheating a silly and childish conduct. As long as one-up-manship exists, there will be cheating no matter what. You cannot stop cheating at leaf-level, you stop cheating (and all wrong-doing) at seed-level.
