They're getting something for nothing, and people answer their questions without realizing that there will be no points, thanks, or other interaction from the asker.
If they are allowed to post questions, shouldn't these come with a warning? Simply showing their names in black isn't really sufficient.
I always thought they were not being very grateful or communicative. I didn't realize they weren't allowed to talk to us.
Thanks for the response, philgoddard.

KudoZ is a free service that offers volunteer assistance. Non-logged-in visitors can post one question per day. All questions posted by non-logged-in visitors are checked by site staff before they become visible.

As I mentioned, the KudoZ service is free, and there are no strict limitations right now, except for the one I mentioned before.
Non-logged-in visitors contribute by asking questions in different language pairs, including those less commonly used by logged-in users (with profiles).
The KudoZ question can be graded automatically based on the following FAQ, and the peer agrees.
Therefore, the more users participate in the peer grading section, the faster the question can be graded automatically, and it may be beneficial for some pairs to get more KudoZ points.

I agree with you that this part should be improved. I will bring this to the attention of the team, and we will work on further improvements.
Thanks!
Bests,
