A note which I see at the very bottom of the kudoZ questions in my pairs today.
I just wonder - why weren't I?..
There are no details like "only those work in the field" etc. Nothing like this.

And I had been waiting for emails and wondering why there are no En-Ru questions at all today. Then I checked them on the site and saw they were there, and then I went to my dashboard and saw that En-Ru notifications were turned off. Mighty strange it is, because I have not been drunk for a decade or so (today included ), no one else could have done it on my computer today or yesterday, and why only En-Ru, I wonder. All the rest of my pairs were just fine.

I now found that the same happened at my 'jobs dashboard'. All En-Ru jobs notifications were turned off. I assure you I never did that either. Shall I change my password, I wonder?

I've checked my dashboard, but my settings are still the same as always. Yet, changing passwords doesn't seem to be a bad idea. You never know... | |

It's my specialized field and yet for some reason I no longer receive any legal questions from the French or German sites. Nor from Dutch , but I switched off all questions from that site myself.
I don't have a 'dashboard' (I use Netscape) and haven't switched to the beta version. But legal questions stopped arriving quite a while ago. Too many 'new' features seem to have disrupted a lot of things that were working just fin... Are you sure? Netscape or not, you should be able to find "My Dashboard" under My Proz.com menu (3 line from the top, marked as New).
This is the place where you decide which notifications and how frequently you'd like to receive from ProZ.com.

The same happened to me: mechanical engineering is my specialty field and the same message "You were not sent email notification of this question" was at the bottom of a technical/mechanical engineering question. Nothing was changed in my settings and I did not change of password either. | | |

Today I don't receive any KudoZ notifications.
In every available kudoZ question I see, that a notification WAS sent to me. I asked in the Russian forum, and it seems that at least several members experience the same problem.
