This is as opposed to "goutte à goutte" which I understand to be drip irrigation - just not sure what it is in English - irrigation by in-ground pipes?

underground sprinkler system
Since its for the grounds of a house, it's probably an underground sprinkler system for the lawns. Those things you see on films and adverts where someone gets wet when they shoot up out of the ground unexpectedly.

tuyaux intégrés - inline hoses?
This is what I found on the web. I have never heard of inline hoses, but then I've never heard of tuyaux intégrés in this context either.
"Masterflex AG has developed a unique process for producing hoses which are seamlessly smooth on the inside, thus achieving hose qualities with a previously unknown smoothness. “The Master polyurethane inline hoses offer the unique combination of maximum abrasion resistance with enormous wall thicknesses, low weight and amazing bending radii”, explains Detlef Herzog, Managing Director of Masterflex AG. “And so they are a real competitor to the heavy rubber hose.” "

The French translation (on the same page) gives "tuyaux intégrés", but it is a machine translation.
Maybe if you google "inline hoses" you will find out if this is the kind of system you're looking for.

I'm not sure 'inline' is correct, because it seems to mean 'in-line', but I found the following description that might fit.
"Unlike drip irrigation systems, automatic or underground sprinkler systems are a network of buried pipes interspersed with sprinkler heads that spray water above ground over lawns, plants, trees, and shrubs. In particular, lawns and ground covers are ideally suited to sprinkler systems."
Maybe 'underground sprinkler system' would be a safe solution.
