French term

genou inferieur

French to English Medical Medical: Cardiology Coronary angiography
In a coronary angiography report, after a number of other findings we get to right coronary artery. The findings for this read "stenose sur le genou inferieur (avec image de thrombus, QCA 75%).
I've spent ages researching this "genou" - the only really useful information I have found was on a site called "cardio-paramed.com" which locates the following segments: 1 from ostium to "genou superieur", 2 from genou superieur to "genou inferieur" and 3 from genou inferieur to "bifurcation IVP-RVG".
But I've got stuck.
Can anyone help me on what we call this "lower knee" in English???
With thanks

the right coronary artery (RCA) is an artery originating above the right cusp of the aortic valve, at the right aortic sinus in the heart. - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Right_coronary_artery
The ostium, or opening, of the right coronary artery is in the right aortic sinus and that of the left coronary artery is in the left aortic sinus, just above the aortic valve ring. - https://www.britannica.com/science/ostium

Shepherds Crook RCA
Shepherd's crook configuration of a coronary artery is typically described where the ostium is oriented superiorly and the proximal artery travels upwards before making a U-turn to resume its normal course. This configuration is most commonly seen involving the right coronary artery, but can also involve its branches.

Anatomical Description of the Coronary
Arteries
The right coronary artery takes birth in the right
anterior sinus of Valsalva at the aortic root. It runs along
the right atrio-ventricular groove generally describing a
form of "C" with 3 portions- D1, and short horizontal
portion, D2, long vertical portion and D3, long horizontal
portion.
The junction D1 / D2 is the "genu superius" and D2 /
D3 junction at "genu inferius ". Its main report is the
tricuspid valve, and thus risks to be harmed during
valvular replacements.
