3. Authorized Binding Official(s): Name(s), Title(s), & Signature(s)_______________________
As described in number two (2) above the "Authorized Binding Official" is, in most cases, the immediate superior of the "Designated Representative", who has chosen the "Designated Representative" to become the representative of the "InfraGard Member". In the case where a small company becomes an "InfraGard Member", and the owner of the company is going to be the "Designated Representative", the "Authorized Binding Official" should be, according to FBI Headquarters, the number two person in the company. Note: The "Authorized Binding Official" cannot be the same person as the "Designated Representative". The title and signature blanks are for the "Authorized Binding Official".

4. Witness Name, Title, Signature, Date: _____________________________________________
The "Witness" cannot be the same person as either the "Designated Representative" or the "Authorized Binding Official". It should be another person in the employ of the "InfraGard Member" who knows the "Authorized Binding Official", and who witnesses the "Authorized Binding Official" sign the InfraGard Secure Access Agreement. If the "InfraGard Member" does not employ three people, the "Witness" may be a "Designated Representa-tive" of another "InfraGard Member", or a representative of the FBI, who witnesses the "Authorized Binding Official" sign the InfraGard Secure Access Agreement.
