Spanish term

notificado fehacientemente

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general) Deed
CONTEXT:

"Que manifiesta que conoce y se da por notificado fehacientemente de la incorporación de una compañía con dicha denominación social."

The usual translation, "faithfully", doesn't seem to fit here ("faithfully informed"???). TIA.

this is the most common legalese for this. "hereby" can often be used for "duly" if accompanied by a letter/contract etc.
and in these cases may be even more legalistic with:

"By these presents (the contract/agreement/letter etc), you XXX are hereby/duly notified that..."

in a verifiable manner

"Fehacientemente" rarely, if ever, means "faithfully".

Rather, "fehaciente" is something which "da fe", in much the same way as a notary does - it bears witness to, renders something verifiable.

What this means is that the subject declares he has been "notified" in a manner subject to verification, by "acknowledgment of receipt"

My suggestion would be "notified in a verifiable manner"

notified in an unambiguous manner

though the following link refers to different matters:
www.dataprotection.eu/pmwiki/pmwiki.php?n... -(2) Before making of an automated decision, a data subject shall, in an unambiguous manner, give notification of the process and conditions of data processing
