Hi TechLaw, thanks for your input. In the second example/context that I give in my question how does a pair of redundant analyzers (from your description I understand there has to be two or more in the system, or the trm redundant wouldn't be used) fit in with the singular "analizador redundante"? Do you know if in English we use the single to apply to a pair? TIA |

Discussion
This is a convention that I have never seen violated, in information technology or any other area of engineering. The understandable reason is that "redundant analyzer" would create confusion and give rise to more complex sentences.
