In questo caso James ha ragione, poiché ci si riferisce alle spese processuali.
Ma non sono Expenses bensì COSTS
e nel caso dell'asker sono più precisamente

: My old Codeluppi translates bilancio with balance sheet, and of course a balance sheet is a stato patrimoniale. // In senso stretto è tutti e due i prospetti, non solo uno, poi in senso normale è un documento. IMHO il Codeluppi è un disastro.
