Spanish term

Longitud Cráneo-Raquis (LCR)

Spanish to English Medical Medical (general) Gynecology-Fetal biometry
Hello

Could anyone help me with this term? I tried several combinations like "cranium-rachis length", "skull rachis length", "skull-spine length", but none of them show results... Any idea anyone?

I am trying to find a list of this kind of acronyms and terms in English which normally appear in ultrasounds and these types of pregnancy tests, for example, Nuchal translucency (NT)

Thanks in advance

Not sure why the different names in Spanish (I am familiar with longitud cráneo-caudal or cefalocaudal), but longitud cráneo-raquis is understandable as it describes what is measured, this is, both the cranium lenght and the vertebral column or rachis lenght -rather than stating the initial and end points of the given measure. And so, yes, crown-rump lenght it is.

Another source My other standard source for Spanish-English medical acronyms is, of course, Cosnautas.com. They have CRL #7: longitud cráneo-raquis {→ LCC 10}. LCC #10 has: longitud craneocaudal (o cefalocaudal) || ≡ LCR (longitud cráneo-raquis).
I don't know if the use of the different variants is a function of geography (Spain vs. the Americas?) or some other factor(s).

Raquis? Raquis in this connection is a little confusing to me. The base meaning of raquis seems to be more like spine, or DLE has "columna vertebral".
Ian Beattie has Spanish LCR, "longitud craneo-rabadilla," = English "crown-rump length," CRL. But then he also has Spanish "CRL," "longitud craneo-nalga," "longitud cráneo-raquis," "longitud céfalocaudal," & "longitud vértice-nalgas" = English "crown-rump length," CRL.

CRL o crown-rump length en inglés I think so. I couldn't find it either. Other spanish terms in use: Longitud céfalo-caudal
Longitud coronilla-rabadilla. The results of this echo are used to estimate how long the woman has been pregnant.

Could it be this??
CRL (crown-rump length), the length from the top of the head to your baby's bottom, measurement taken in the first trimester
