As an ancient Med-Tech, I know pipettes and pipette systems quite well.
Combitip, as you said, is a type of pipette.
To be precise, Combitip is a company's brand (E.) and indicates a dispensing syringue.
The pipette system is built up of 2 parts: the pipette itself + a dispensing syringue, which is called Combitip and which allows you to dispense a selected amount of liquid in a raw.
(not to be confused with a multichannel pipette!).
You talk about "pousse Combitip" but this sounds quite unclear to me.
In this context,"Pousser" rather looks like a verb (to pull).
How does the whole sentence look like?

What is meant with "pousse" here, is the support where you place the syringue (tip), in order to pull the liquid out. This support is integrated in the pipette (a kind of pipette wall).
