"Idx: 1. Sepsis grave (tipo shock séptico), punto de partida mixto: urinario-respiratorio y partes blandas, *tipo enfermedad multiescara infectada*. 2. Trastorno del ritmo tipo FA paroxística. 3. Encefalopatía de origen metabólico. 4. Deshidratación. 5. Neumonía crónica sobreinfectada. 6. Hipertensión arterial pulmonar severa, PSAP 66. 6. IRA prerrenal importante, anuria transitoria corregida.

aclaratoria Lo que entiendo es que lo que dice después de "tipo" es como una subdivisión o una forma específica de septicemia o sepsis, no una explicación de lo que dice antes. Este tipo de expresión aparece varias veces. El informe está mal redactado y tiene muchos errores de tipeo u ortografía.
