It's a long time (40 years) since I last came across 'quarantine' in this context - without the joker-suffix of'forhold', but I can't see a literal translation used Transatlantically or Down Under in Oz or NZ.
Various regimes provide for a general restriction of the 2-year avoidance period + Bankruptcy 101: Voidable Tr The 2 key factors here are timing and consideration. The transfer must have occurred 5 years before the period of bankruptcy. Section 120(1)
