Spanish term (edited): tachar, acusar y recusar

I assume this is a civil context, acusar rebeldia: give notice of default, West, though this string might also verily apply to a criminal scenario of challenging judges and / or members of a *civil* or criminal jury.

I am unsure that previous ProZ glossary entries bear out these permutations and combinations. If so, pls. clarify.

The way impeachment works legally and politically in English vs. USA law suggests that permutation ought to be included: 'tachar testigos > challenge, *impeach* or object to the credibility of witnesses' West.
