Теоретически должен быть действительно коэффициент ингибирования, хотя нигде не видно подтверждения этому на русских сайтах. Впрочем, судя по всему, этот параметр введен недавно, так что ничего странного.

A recent study by Stevens, et al. examined the relationship between the Cmin and IC50, also known as the Inhibitory Quotient (IQ), to determine whether protease inhibitor concentrations could be uniformly identified.2 The IQ is best defined for PIs as the ratio of the minimum plasma drug concentration(Cmin) to the drug concentration necessary to inhibit virus replication by 50percent in vitro (IC50).
In the study, anti-HIV activity was assessed in various cells, and the IC50 and steady state were determined in multiple calculations. The objective of the study was to assess the IQ of PI drugs, accounting for variance in both the observed plasma Cmin and in vitro potency, based on a standardized method of determining the protein-binding–adjusted IC50 values. The drugs studied included amprenavir (APV), atazanavir (ATV), fosamprenavir(fos-APV), indinavir (IDV), lopinavir (LPV), nelfinavir (NFV), saquinavir
(SQV), and tipranavir (TPV).The study demonstrated that standardized testing improved the consistency of assessment of IQ. This finding allows the IQ to better qualify the relative potencies of the PIs in vitro. Also, lopinavir/ritonavir (LPV/r) 400/100 mg twice daily and
800/200 mg once daily provided the highest estimated IQ of all PIs included in this assessment.Address - see below.
