тут последовтаельно числит третий без артикля определенного, так ведь?
can not надо слитно или раздельно писать

: with Vladimir Pochinov. I also thought of "shall not", but in the same way as "не могут" и "не должны" are sometimes used in the same Russian text, both having very close meaning, I would keep "may not" and "shall not" in the English one, respectively.
