Noteholder

French translation: Détenteur/bénéficiaire d'un billet à ordre

15:47 Apr 2, 2024
English to French translations [PRO]
Finance (general) / agreement between companies
English term or phrase: Noteholder
Here is the sentence where the expression is used : "signed for the purposes of identification by the Company and the Noteholders on or about the date hereof shall have the same meaning herein and Clause 1 ",
I am thinking about "porteur de titre" but would prefer to have other opinions too.

An alternative option for the translation of "noteholders", although it is not the first option.

neutral  Germaine: Dans la mesure où l'obligation (bond) se distingue du billet (note), j'hésiterais à utiliser "obligataire" dans ce cas-ci. À voir en contexte.
