Stamattina avevo pensato ad una modalità operativa/di funzionamento fissa ("stationary") opposta a mobile ("mobile"), ma ho rimandato ulteriori ricerche nel pomeriggio. Da questi due link risulta chiaro che può essere intesa anche a motore fermo/non in funzione.
