set di plug-in IDE (integrated development environment) Eclispe. Ho visto sul web che plug-in a volte è scritto senza trattino, vedi tu come ti viene più comodo.
Per plug in si intende: A hardware or software module that adds a specific feature or service to a larger system. The idea is that the new component simply plugs in to the existing system.
In questo caso immagino sia un set di componenti SW che permettono di gestire elementi in linguaggio Java della piattaforma Eclipse.
