quando un'azienda cerca il database dei CV in base a dei criteri impostati (es. anni di esperienza, settore di esperienza, ecc.) per impostazioni predefinite, la ricerca "restituisce" degli hard match, ossia solamente dei CV le cui caratteristiche corrispondono ESATTAMENTE a TUTTI i criteri impostati,

(questo tipo di ricerca si contrappone alla ricerca "ranking", che restituirà anche CV le cui caratteristiche non corrispondono esattamente a tutti i criteri, ma anche quellei che si "avvicinano" ai criteri impostati e i CV vengono ordinati in base ai criteri più importanti (quindi questo secondo tipo di ricerca produrrà più CV, ma facendo apparire in testa alla classifica quelli che dovrebbero essere più interessanti)

le frasi in cui ricorre hard match sono le seguenti:

Be aware that this number is based upon a 'hard' match. If a candidate does not match any of your selection criteria, they will not be included in this number

You will probably have more CVs in your result list than with a regular search, because Ranking does not consider all criteria to be 'hard' criteria, unless you have marked them all as 'must have's'
