All'interno di un contratto di Franchising, trovo una parte inerente i Garanti, i quali, tra l'altro:
"The undersigned further waive presentment, demand, notice of dishonor, protest, nonpayment and all other notices whatsoever, including without limitation:......"
In particolare i termini "presentment" e "notice of dishonor" mi rimangono difficili da tradurre, ma, in generale, tutta la frase mi rimane "ostica.
