Non so come tradurlo: poco sopra (stesso articolo) si parlava di "agreement, understandings and representations" ed ho tradotto con "dichiarazioni", ma anche di "authorized representative of the party", in questo caso "rappresentante".
Come si deve interpretare quindi "representation" in questo caso?
