I am translating the minutes of the Board of Trustees meeting of an international non-profit organization, which is a registered charity in the UK, in the form of a company limited by guarantee.
Due to this specific legal structure (which doesn't exist in Italy, to the best of my knowledge), the members of the Board are both Trustees and Directors of the organization.
I am having a hard time in finding the most suitable way of translating the term Trustee and the expression Board of Trustees into Italian for this specific legal entity. I cannot decide if it's better to say Fiduciario and Consiglio di Fondazione, or use the English terms, in the absence a better solution.
Any suggestions?
