forse puoi mettere "lotto numero" - sarebbe più comprensibile in italiano.
set up at s-n. significa "stabilito/costruito al lotto n."
cioè, non ha un indirizzo vero e proprio, ma viene identificato secondo una mappa di rilevamenti topografici. vedi p.e. http://www.indianrealestateforum.com/chennai/t-how-identify-...
