I'm sorry but not much context here, as it is a list of reports. I have found this definition "Type of equipment sale where the seller maintains the equipment over a specified period and, thereafter, purchases it back from the buyer at a prearranged price." but I can't seem to find a term in Italian.
If it is of any help,other terms in the list were purchase indents, opening stock and goods received note.
