Necessary preventive measures have been taken to prevent or eliminate cross contact,e.g. appropriate rework handling procedures are in place.
Where significant allergen hazards are identified, necessary control measures, such as cleaning or labeling (including precautionary labeling when potential cross-contacts are identified) are strictly applied.
A procedure is in place to ensure that all major allergens and/or allergens required under local regulations are declared on the label (both allergens from ingredients and potential cross contact).
